SAFEGUARDING & QUALITY
Safeguarding underpins every aspect of our service.
We maintain robust risk assessments, clear safeguarding procedures, regular property checks and transparent communication with professionals — ensuring young people feel safe, supported and respected at all times.
REFERRALS & PARTNERSHIPS
We work closely with Kent Housing, our main partner in the UK, as well as local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, and other partner agencies to ensure that each placement is safe, well-matched, and focused on positive outcomes.
All placements follow a clear referral, assessment, and matching process, and include an initial 4-week review to ensure the young person’s needs are being met.
